
I'm Jeevan Warker — a Mechanical engineer with more than 15 years in Technical sales, primarily at Saint-Gobain, where I held techno-commercial roles across Asia and Europe, driving the adoption of advanced Sealing solutions and Engineered plastics across diverse industries like Energy, Life Sciences, Aerospace, and others.
This experience gave me first-hand exposure to the different facets of industrial B2B sales — the commercial structures (intercompany, distribution, key accounts, parent-and-child), the operational processes (quotation, sales process, CRM implementation and syncing it with ERP), and the strategic levers (price and margin management, change management). I've lived these from the inside across multiple regions, with customers and colleagues across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Today, I support organizations in establishing sales frameworks on AI-powered platforms that deliver higher efficiency compared to traditional approaches.
